The Paleolithic diet is one of the top diets from 2017. What is Paleo? Start Here.

Several people give this diet a go at some point. Some find a new life of food enjoyment, health changes, and weight loss while others feel beyond stressed.

Paleo is a great tool to use for weight loss, digestive health, and inflammation. Since you are cutting out a good chunk of the “bad for you” food groups you are able to track down what sort of food is making you sick.

Cutting out this many food groups makes most people want to pull their hair off.

Of course, most of the natural grocery stores are helping this cause: WholeFoods, Trader Joes, Natural Grocers, Sprouts, & etc. There are also many brands who are creating 100% paleo food to help this cause.

Lucky for you so many paleo bloggers and authors have written recipes and information in just the past year. These great people are making paleo a very easy option.
